    • No refunds, cancellations, or ticket exchanges will be accepted after payment confirmation.



  3. Arrival Policy

    • All attendees are required to arrive 30 minutes before the event starts for registration, ticket verification, and seating arrangements.

    • Late arrival may affect the smooth flow of the event.



  4. Ticket Usage

    • Tickets are non-transferable without prior approval from the organizing committee.

    • Lost, damaged, duplicated, or misused tickets will not be accepted.



  5. Transportation Arrangement

    • Any selected transportation option (self-driving, carpooling, or organizer-provided transportation) is considered final after submission.

    • No changes or modifications will be accepted after the confirmation period.



  6. Event Conduct

    • All attendees are required to maintain appropriate behavior and follow instructions provided by the organizing committee throughout the event.



  7. Photography & Media Consent

    • By attending the event, attendees consent to photographs and videos taken during the event being used for event documentation and promotional purposes.




By completing the registration or purchasing the ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and policies stated above.


No Cancellation Policy


Once the ticket registration and payment have been confirmed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.


Participants are responsible for ensuring their availability before completing the registration. No refunds, replacements, or changes will be provided due to cancellation requests or failure to attend the event.

  8. By attending the event, participants consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during the event for documentation and promotional purposes by the organizing committee.
