DON’Ts: What’s Not Allowed

No Non-Clear Bags — No backpacks, fanny packs, oversized totes, duffel bags, or rolling suitcases.

No Outside Food or Drink — No outside food, alcohol, beverages, cans, coolers, or glass containers.

No Large Cameras — Professional camera equipment is prohibited.

No Weapons — All types of weapons are strictly forbidden.

No Leaving Valuables — Keep your belongings secure at all times. Items left unattended will be removed.
Tent & Wagon Policy
If you bring a tent or wagon, it will be subject to search at the gate. This is part of our standard safety protocol to ensure a secure and welcoming environment for all guests.
Photo & Video Disclosure
By entering the Inaugural Black Rodeo, all guests acknowledge and agree that photography, video recording, and live streaming will be taking place throughout the event.
Attendance constitutes consent to be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. This includes adults and children. These images and recordings may be used by North‑Southern Hospitality Entertainment LLC for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes in print, digital, and social media formats, without compensation.
Guests who do not wish to be photographed or recorded are responsible for notifying event staff upon arrival. Efforts will be made to accommodate, but complete avoidance of cameras cannot be guaranteed.
Bag Policy Reminder
Medical or parenting bags are permitted but must be clear. All non-clear bags will be turned away at the gate and must be returned to your vehicle.
